Hey there, how’s it going today?

Man, my Phillies are really crapping out on me this week (first they dropped two in the series to Boston, and now they did the same thing in this Toronto series. It’s driving me nuts, and I have like no fingernails left. This has got to change! I know it will eventually, but I’m only speaking for the moment. It’s my style … what can I say?). Other than that, it’s been a fairly decent five days since my last weekend break! Are you feeling the same way? Ready to get out of there for a couple of days? Boss down your neck today? Why not read the blog articles I found for you this morning and chill out till quitting time … 5:00 is right around the corner, my friend!

The Huffington Post: PETA wishes Obama hadn’t swatted that fly. Man, would I love to kick a PETA member in the head! It was a fly idiots … they play around in s#@t and then land on your food. I swear some people have nothing better to do. Hey jag asses and panty wastes: he’s leading the free world … give him a break! A fly? Really? You raising them now?

Stylelist: Eddie Bauer Update – Retailer Waves White (er Khaki) Flag, Files Chapter 11. Oh no, what are the wilderness chic phonies going to do now? How are they going to give the false appearance of being the outdoorsy type now? Oh yea, Timberland’s still around! Whew … giant catastrophe avoided! People, they were selling the same garbage year in and year out … this was bound to happen!

NOTHING TO DO WITH ARBROATH: Gold sold like chocolate from German vending machines. This is the stupidest gimmick I have ever seen in my life (besides that whole ShamWow crap-pot, of course)! Gold in vending machines? At a 30% markup? Where’s the investment in that? I’d like to stand around one of these rip-off boxes and shoot some video for “The World’s Dumbest Animals”! There’s my investment — I bet I’d win!

Serious eats: Video: Wilkens Coffee Commercials Featuring Muppets (1950s). Alright already … I’ll drink your damn coffee (LOL)! Man, they use to get away with everything back in the good old days! We’re too damn sensitive today … someone needs to buy us all a freaking sense of humor! This was great marketing, in my humble opinion! Let’s get back to that, shall we!

The Astute Bloggers: NY TIMES/CBS POLL: OBAMA TANKING … Ah, the people who fill out NY Times and CBS Polls are just idiot sheep who listen to whatever people tell them to! The only thing this article shows me is that some uncreative bastard is trying to actually create something … fear! Hey Reliapundit, get a life, you creepy basement dwelling blogger (note: you’re giving the word “blogger” a bad name)!
