The Week in Review: Money Issues #2

“The Week in Review: Money Issues” is my weekly blog research on financial topics that define us as Americans, and shape the way we should do business.

Well, the weekend is here again, and I’m ready for some baseball and brews! I’m clearing up my last couple of “things to do” before I make a break for the front door.

Let me start by saying that my first week was fun, and I really enjoyed writing for you so far. They have me loaded up on tons of coffee (ok, I have no one to blame but myself for that) and every Friday they have delicious meals ordered in for the staff. So with a java-induced migraine and a waddling stomach, I leave you with some interesting blogs that are sure to save you some green.

Please, enjoy:

Mike Kelly, The Real Estate Show: Save Money at Amusement Parks! The Sonoma County Fair is NOW underway!!! This is an excellent resource for getting on the rides, without being taken for one.

CheapStingyBargains.com: BYOB: Be Your Own Barista and Save Money on Coffee.. The hard hitting news Starbucks doesn’t want you to see.

Beaches & Bunkers: High gas prices spoiling your vacation plans?? — Tips on how to save money on your next vacation.. Pack a cooler, and these money-saving ideas, on your next road trip!

Savings Guide: Save Money by Drinking Water. Leave the soft drinks at the gas station. Those guys, with no teeth, love the stuff.

Moolanomy: Frugal Or Cheap? Here’s A Test. My test results: “35+ = you’re definitely cheap.” Ha ha, real funny! Give it a shot, big spender.

Have a good weekend! I’ll see you Monday.
