What is up with my internet connection today …
I can’t do this, and I can’t do that (by this I mean watch streaming video highlights of the games last night, and by that … ah, forget about that… it’s personal [the online doctor said I’ll be alright. LOL])! I haven’t really been able to surf the web as easily as I’m used to doing and this weekly review has taken me much longer than usual. Now, keeping this in mind, please note that I put a lot of timely effort into it, but the ROI (read: amount of time it took me vs. the enjoyment you’ll get out of it) might not be exactly up to par. However, if you do wind up enjoying yourself, please disregard this drawn out disclaimer!

If there is one thing I love in life (besides my wife, family, dog, and friends of course) it’s a bargain!
Throughout my time on this planet I’ve had varying degrees of disposable income, but no matter what my situation is at the time, I find it hard to pay full price for something that I don’t exactly need 100%! This is why I go on these weekly, get-everything-as-cheap-as-humanly-possible missions over at the different stores that I frequent (Target, Wal-Mart, occasionally the Bass Pro Shop [when the urge hits me to drive the 20 miles to Fort Lauderdale] and my all-time favorite place to shop, Cabela’s [which I only get to do once a year, when I go up to see my family in PA around the holidays])! Man, I wish every workweek only had four days in it (thank you Laborers)!
On paper, starting in on a Tuesday should have giving me a chance to come back relaxed and ready for a short week, right? Wrong! Some of my fellow blogger “friends” came up with this dumb challenge for all of September — we’re going to try and post on Saturdays and Sundays as well (thanks guys, more work for me). What I’m asking you to do is nothing; read this weekend garbage if you want to (my promise to you: it’ll only be a short blurb, if anything). If not, go have some fun in the real world!
